Cancellations

You can cancel your tour whenever you want.

Just keep in mind that we will refund 100% of the amount of the tour, as long as the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the departure of the tour.

If the cancellation is made within 24 hours prior to the guided tour, no refund will be made, but you can always change the day of the tour to suit your needs, adapting in this case to the availability of the guides.

But you must keep in mind that if you change the date of your reservation, and then decide to cancel the tour, we will not be able to refund the amount of the tour.

Paid Tours

Reservations are required for paid tours (tours with a set price). Reservations for paid tours will be accepted a minimum of 1 hour prior to tour departure. If you have not booked in advance, and would like to attend the tour, we recommend that you contact us so we can let you know if there is space available.

We always recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before the tour time to ensure a good organization.

Paid tours always depart with the people who have made their reservation, and will only be canceled in extreme cases of bad weather, always returning 100% of the amount or giving the option to make the tour at another time.

For quality reasons, groups of more than 10 people can contact us for a private guided tour. Please contact us.

Private Tours

Private tours must always be paid in advance, either at the time of booking through the website or by bank transfer.

If you are a group of more than 30 people, please note that the group will be divided in two to comply with the law. In Spain, groups cannot exceed 30 people. Therefore, there will be two guides or more, depending on the number of people in the group. Also, this way it will be much easier to listen and pay attention to your guide.

For private guided tours it is always necessary to book in advance. We recommend booking one month in advance, although you can ask us for availability whenever you want.

Reservations for private guided tours will be confirmed at the moment the payment of the tour is confirmed, either through the web or by bank transfer.

If you arrive late, the guide will be waiting for the group leader to arrive. If the group arrives late, and whenever possible, we will try to carry out the guided tour as planned. If this is not possible, the tour will be adapted to the time available.

General Information

Participation is voluntary. Both the guide and Toptourmalaga.com reserve the right to refuse admission for any reason at any time.

In any activity there is a level of risk associated with it. At Top Tour Malaga Sociedad Civil we try to keep these to a minimum. Top Tour Malaga Sociedad Civil and its employees are not responsible for accidents, damage, loss or theft during the tour.

Privacy: Top Tour Málaga Sociedad Civil does not sell your personal information to other companies. We reserve the right to use your data for marketing campaigns and operational reasons.
